The 'Salt Rock City' project is a substantial new development spanning 30 hectares. Its launch by Devmco Group on March 29, 2025, saw 75% of homes sold on the first day, marking the most successful launch in the region's history. Salt Rock City comprises 188 stand-alone houses and 189 apartments. Land plots were available from R950,000, with finished homes starting from R3.5 million.
